  • Stores your service user records including their stay information, assessments, history, care plans and additional information

NaviCare.net Enquiries

  • Records initial contacts with The Client and tracks progress through initial assessments, waiting lists, selection boards to placement

NaviCare.net Meds

  • Manages medication records and inventory, identifying problems. Meds can also provide mobile electronic MAR features

NaviCare.net HR

  • Links to your existing HR system to provide managers with audit / update capability on their staff and ensure that POVA, POCA and CRB checks are up-to-date. Can also provide training records and self-service holiday management for staff

NaviCare.net Home

  • Provides home management capabilities to ensure risk assessments and other premises documents are up-to-date as well as providing a home diary so things aren’t missed

NaviCare.net eTraining

  • Used to deliver training on NaviCare.net itself, this module can also be used to deliver your existing online training courses including web pages, flash demos and quizzes that link directly
